DREAM-GATHERER PROJECT

This is a celebration of dreams and clay. How things relate one to the other…

Just pretend… That is the secret. To pretend.

Pretend you had a dream, or you have plenty of dreams. They float in your mind.

Pretend you can do anything you want to with them.

Now it is about clay. I try to establish a language. A language of clay.
How it translates our own emotions and transmits their preciousness to the shape.

The excitement is in the creation of the form.

This is the most important thing: the form has to go beyond its usage.

Somehow transcend the physical to the spiritual.

You are in between.

Pretend your dreams are beads. Shape the clay into beads. As many as you want.
Make a hole and run a string through them.

Throw them over the branches of the tree where others are already.
Floating.

Leave them there to the wind the rain and the sun.

Pretend your dreams have now their own life.

That is the secret. To pretend.
